How do I place an order?

  1. It’s as easy! For each item you would like to purchase, simply: 1. Enter the quantity you’d like to purchase inside the “Qty” field.    2. Click the white box next to the word “Add”.   3. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. When you are ready to pay for your purchases, click on the "Shopping Cart” icon to review your order. 
  3. Click on the word “Checkout” to begin the checkout process.
  4. Next, you will be walked, step by step, through our painless ordering process.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are generally processed within 24 – 48 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, excluding federal holidays.

How long will it take to get my order?

The total time it will take to receive your order is based on product availability, processing time, your shipping location and the shipping transit times. We do everything we can to get your product to you as fast as possible.

Can I cancel my order after it has already been submitted?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order has been submitted the process is already well underway. For this reason, please be sure of your order before submitting.

What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?

We will contact you to inform you the item is out-of-stock and to discuss your options. Based on your preferences, you may choose to wait for the item to be shipped once our stock is replenished, or you may choose for your order to be cancelled until it becomes available. For this reason, please be sure to include your phone number and a valid email address when ordering so that we may contact you under these circumstances.

What happens if I discover I ordered the wrong item after I received my order?

Complete our online RMA Form (found by clicking on "returns", located at the top of our website).  We will issue an RMA# and ask that you write the RMA# on a copy of the original purchase receipt and the outside of your return package. We also ask that you return the item in its original package and condition.

Once we have received your return, we may perform tests to be sure it is in good working order and its exterior unblemished. Once the item is determined to be in good working condition and unblemished, we will issue a full product refund (generally within 14 days after receipt of your return).

Depending on the condition of the packaging and item, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee. Please be sure to review your cart online carefully before submitting your order.
