GeneralAire® units are backed by the best limited warranty in the industry for your peace of mind. Contact us for questions about your product warranty by submitting a Support Ticket or by calling (866) 476-5101.
IMPORTANT: Contractors, if you are submitting the warranty registration on the home owner's behalf, please be sure to enter the homeowner's unique email address and not yours. It will be impossible to find their warranty when the home owner calls if it is not filled out with their contact information. Thank you!
