The most up-to-date information can be found 24-7, 365 days a year right here. Check back with us often as we continue to add videos, FAQ topics and more; giving you the information and tools you need to know about Indoor Air Quality and the products that can help.

 

Home Owners:

  • Download brochures for the GeneralAire® products installed in your home; or for products you'd like to learn more about.
  • Shop for replacement filters, vapor pads and parts. Learn about indoor air quality and why it's important to you and your family.
  • Find a local contractor that can help you with your indoor air quality installations and repairs by entering your zip code in our "Find a Local Contractor"!  Visit their websites to learn more about what they have to offer!
  • Register your warranty for newly purchased / installed GeneralAire® products with us online.
  • Log in to view your order history!
  • Watch instructional and informative videos about GeneralAire® products and indoor air quality!
  • Submit a question that may be included in our library of FAQ's and our BLOG!

Contractors:

  • Register your business with our "Find a Contractor" data base, so home owners can find you to help with their GeneralAire® questions, product installations and annual maintenance. Include your website address so home owners can learn more about you and what you have to offer.
  • Create a log in to access information we have just for you.
  • Download installation manuals, product drawings and brochures for your installation and home owner educational support.
  • Watch "how to" and other videos.
  • Interact with our site.  Submit FAQ's that will be answered and posted on the site.  Submit a ticket with your installation questions or website suggestions.

  • Create a log in to access a full library of information just for you
  • Access brochures, installation manuals and brochures.
